Brubecks Boutique Foods is gourmet food manufacturer selling to both the retail and wholesale sector. We have an exceptional reputation for quality product and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a dedicated hard working employee to join our team picking and packing our customers orders ready for dispatch from our New Murarrie facility.

This is a PM shift position 4 days a week and requires the successful applicant to work with minimal direction in the cold-room environment. The days are set being Monday to Thursday every week. There will be basic store person duties and the requirement to record stock levels. Computer skills are a must.

Key duties will include:


• Accurately picking orders for our customers using picking slips.


• Packing cartons with the stock for required stock and labelling each box.


• Operate a forklift.


• Keep work area and cool rooms clean and tidy and performing general maintenance tasks.


• This role requires a high degree of physical work; you will need to stand and walk for long periods of time while performing manual lifting up to 15kg regularly. You will also need to work in a cold environment of 3°C.


• Liaise with the production team leaders & office crew to ensure customer orders are met in full every time.

  • Accurately load packed orders onto required pallets in the dispatch zones as per run sheets designation.

The skills and experience required for this role are:


• Must have Current (LF) Forklift licence


• A proven background in performing stores and picking and packing tasks


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


• Experience working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment


• Well developed communication skills


• Initiative and problem-solving skills


• Self-motivated, proactive and can-do attitude


• Must be willing to work alone at times.

The hours of work have a starting time of approx. 4-5pm till approx. 11pm Monday & Thursday.
