About us
Edmund Rice Education Australia Victorian Schools Limited (EREA VSL) is responsible for the governance of six Victorian schools, and their associated campuses that enrol over 10,000 students.
EREA VSL is guided by the EREA Charter for Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice Tradition. The Charter articulates the vision, mission, and objectives for schools.

The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Coordinator to provide a range of high-level executive assistance and project support to the CEO and other senior staff of EREA Victorian Schools Ltd. This role is crucial to effective and efficient office operations and is a trusted advisor of the CEO.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership team, Principals, and external stakeholders, the Executive Coordinator will provide excellent operational management, facilitate communication and be responsible for key projects. A continuous improvement mindset will be integral to the role.

You will be employed on a full-time, ongoing basis.
The remuneration for the role is within the range of $115,000 to $125,000, plus leave loading and superannuation, negotiable depending on skills, education and experience.
You will need
· Completion of secondary school education or Completion of a vocational training program or tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Education or related field (preferred)
· Relevant experience in executive support, administration or management and experience in working with Executives or Boards/Committees
· Project management experience (preferred)
· Proven interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with the ability to develop professional working relationships with key stakeholders
· Effective time management and attention to details
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Outstanding technical skills using the Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Diligent, Zoom and Microsoft Teams (or ability to learn quickly)
· Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and provide a National Police Check certificate (issued within the last six months) or Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration
