Estate Planning Lawyer | 3–7 Years PQE

About the Role

Carew Counsel Solicitors is seeking an experienced and motivated Estate Planning Lawyer to join our collegiate and professional team. This position offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of estate planning, administration, and litigation matters, with exposure to complex and rewarding work.

You'll manage your own files while collaborating closely with our experienced team. We value initiative, empathy, and professionalism — and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Your Experience

We are seeking a solicitor with 3–7 years post-admission experience who demonstrates:


• Strong skills in Wills and Estate Planning, including drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and related documents;


• Experience in Estate Administration and Probate matters;


• Exposure to or an interest in Estate Litigation;


• A client-focused mindset and ability to manage files independently;


• An interest in Family Law (advantageous but not essential).
