Senior Wills & Estates Lawyer - Boutique Melbourne Practice

A highly regarded and well-established Melbourne law firm is seeking a down to earth, experienced Wills & Estates lawyer to join their growing team. The Role

You'll manage a diverse portfolio of Wills & Estates matters, including: managing estate disputes, and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 6+ years PAE in Wills & Estates, ideally within a well-regarded private practice
  • Strong technical expertise in estate planning and/or litigation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine enthusiasm for the work
  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • A desire to contribute to a positive team culture and long-term firm success
