Location: Sydney OR Brisbane

Brisbane candidates will be working from the Brisbane office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Specialist expereinced consultant responsible for establishing and controlling Workforce Management solutions/ services, providing insight to senior stakeholders, and driving resource planning.

  • Expertise in Workforce management across a large enterprise with a demonstrated track record in:

    • Planning and workforce optimisation to improve utilisation and productivity.,

    • onshore-offshore modelling,

    • scheduling, and

    • resource forecast planning

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment with all event and operational objectives.

  • Foster engagement with both internal and external stakeholders to manage continuous improvement across various streams.

You need to have

  • Expereinced Workforce Management Leader across a large enterprise.

  • Financial services background will be a bonus.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at executive level to ensure resource recommendations are implemented.

  • Meticulous approach to problem-solving and expertise in process management to drives continuous improvement across resource allocation systems, to enhance efficiency and deliver strategic value.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across complex environments with diverse operating models.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
