General Practitioner (VR / Non-VR) – Role Overview

We are seeking a caring and reliable GP to join our integrative clinic.

Our patients include families, women, postnatal and rehabilitation clients.

GP Responsibilities

  • General consultations and chronic disease management
  • Women's health, children's health, preventive care
  • Referrals, imaging, pathology requests
  • Contribute to a positive team and patient-centred culture

GP Requirements

  • AHPRA-registered GP (VR or Non-VR considered)
  • Medicare provider number eligibility
  • Strong communication and patient care mindset
  • Interest in integrative medicine a plus

Remuneration negotiable during interview.

Receptionist – Role Overview

  • Front desk reception & patient check-in
  • Appointment management (Cliniko / Best Practice preferred)
  • Answer phone/email/enquiries
  • Billing & claims: Medicare, Private Health, HICAPS, NDIS, referrals.
  • GP & allied health scheduling and room coordination
  • Patient records & forms; privacy compliance.
  • Printing, stock checks, general admin duties

Receptionist Requirements (Essential)

  • English proficiency (Mandarin an advantage).
  • Experience in medical/clinic/hospital admin
  • Confident with computers & clear documentation
  • Professional, reliable, friendly communication
  • Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility
  • Full working rights (PR / Citizen preferred)

Pay rates will be discussed during interview.
