CVGT Employment is entering an exciting new chapter in employment services. With the current Disability Employment Services (DES) program concluding at the end of October, we are preparing for a significant transition to the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. This change represents an important evolution in how we empower people with disability, injury, or health conditions to find meaningful and suitable work.
What You'll Do
We're looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and resilient Branch Manager to lead the way. In this role, you'll be responsible for continuing to deliver high-quality outcomes under the DES program while also playing a key role in preparing your team, sites, and stakeholders for the upcoming transition to the new IEA Program. You'll balance operational excellence with forward-thinking leadership, ensuring your team remains focused, supported, and ready to embrace the opportunities ahead.
This position covers multiple service locations, requiring travel within the assigned region to support teams, engage stakeholders, and maintain consistent service delivery. As the Branch Manager you will:
- Lead with Purpose: Inspire and empower multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, contract-compliant services with professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
- Drive Performance: Strategically manage budgets, metrics, and optimise caseloads to exceed program targets and deliver measurable impact.
- Deliver Transformational Support: Be a hands-on leader, working alongside your team and participants to model best practice and foster personalised, strength-based support.
- Champion Inclusive Employment: Build strong partnerships with employers, community organisations, and stakeholders to unlock meaningful employment opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all sites by upholding strong standards in program compliance, performance, and workplace safety.
What You Bring
- Proven Leadership: 3+ years managing diverse teams across multiple locations, with a strong track record of leading through change, complexity, and operational challenges.
- Operational Leadership: Experience managing budgets, reporting, and service delivery in performance-driven environments, with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement.
- Emotional Intelligence: A leadership style grounded in empathy, resilience, and authenticity - building trust, driving accountability, and fostering a results driven culture.
- Relevant Background: Experience in employment, community, or business services, supported by formal qualifications or lived experience navigating support systems to achieve education or employment outcomes is favourable.
- Tech Savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools.
- Pre-Requisites: Full eligibility to work in Australia, with the ability to travel locally and obtain a National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and/or Vulnerable Persons Check.
