Branch Administrator/Credit Officer Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Branch Administrator/Credit Officer at our Hobart location. This full-time position involves reporting directly to the Branch Manager, where you will be responsible for various administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will work closely with the entire team at Hobart, ensuring smooth business operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Controlling banking and petty cash for the branch
  • Raising purchase orders and preparing invoices for payment
  • Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and Department Leaders
  • Organising and maintaining file systems and records

Key qualifications for this role include excellent communication skills, intermediate to advanced computer skills, and a strong eye for detail. You should also have experience in customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking. Job Responsibilities
