About the role

We have an opportunity for a Learning Project Coordinator to be part of our Client Engagement team, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Learning Project Coordinator is responsible for leading the management of education projects in line with corporate strategic direction. This includes reviewing and developing learning products and programs, identifying learning needs and designing contemporary and appropriate solutions, and working with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to meet organisational objectives. 

As a Learning Project Coordinator within NSW Police Force, you will play a key, transformative role in supporting a team of Training Support Officers and coordinating the delivery of training programs across the state. This role is about strong leadership – bringing together people, plans, and processes to ensure frontline officers get the knowledge they need, when and where they need it.

From metro hubs to remote regional communities, your ability to manage moving parts, align resources, and oversee training roll outs will drive operational excellence. Every training session delivered becomes a crucial part of public safety, with your coordination at the heart of it.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly across New South Wales, including both metropolitan and regional areas.
Practical experience in setting up and operating equipment such as connecting cables, configuring devices, and ensuring functionality for training sessions.A valid, current, and clean driver's licence is required to meet the role's operational needs.This is a predominantly face-to-face position, designed to foster direct collaboration and engagement, with remote work not being a component of this role.
