As a
Senior Account Director
, you'll take ownership of some of the most important client relationships, managing projects that have a direct impact on business strategy. You'll lead the entire research process, from crafting compelling proposals to delivering insights in a way that inspires action. Your work will go beyond just understanding what people say or do - you'll uncover the deeper cultural and psychological drivers behind consumer behaviour.
The day-to-day:
- Lead significant client projects, becoming a trusted advisor by deeply understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Write clear, compelling proposals and deliver visually impactful, insightful reports and presentations.
- Present research findings to clients, driving conversations that influence decision-making.
- Apply a wide range of qualitative methodologies, using both traditional and innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members, helping them grow their qualitative research and consulting skills.
- Work closely with the Head of Qual and senior team members to contribute to the development of IP and new AI market offerings.
