Inclusion Support Educator

Are you passionate about inclusive education and supporting preschool-aged children (3–5 years) to thrive? Possum Early Childhood Centre is seeking a dedicated Inclusion Support Educator to join our nurturing and innovative team.

About the Roles

We have a part-time position available:


• 15 hours/week


• Monday, Tuesday, Friday


• 10:00am – 3:00pm (flexible)

This role are designed to support inclusive practices within our preschool environment, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and engaged.

Located in the heart of the Blue Mountains, Possum Early Childhood Centre has a proud reputation for delivering high-quality early learning and building strong partnerships with families. We specialise in education for preschool-aged children and are committed to evidence-based practices including:

About You

We're looking for educators who:


• Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)


• Have a genuine passion for inclusive education and working with children aged 3–5


• Embrace respectful, responsive practices and evidence-based teaching


• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with families and colleagues


• Are committed to continuous learning and professional growth
