Allied Health Graduate Program Physiotherapy | Occupational Therapy | Speech Pathology
About the Opportunity
Kurrajong Therapy Plus (KTP) has exciting opportunities for Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Graduates from 2024 and 2025 to join our 2026 Allied Health Graduate Program. The program commences in January 2026, although start dates can be adjusted to best suit your situation. There are full time positions available in Wagga Wagga and surrounding outreach locations including Griffith and Tumut.
As an Allied Health Graduate, we focus on building your capability and confidence across key areas of your discipline. In the initial stages of the program you'll assess participants, deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and provide support and advice in a person-centred framework. In time, among other opportunities, you'll refer and consult within our team, facilitate group therapy sessions and oversee one of our many placement students.
What's in it for you?
- Structured two-years of learning and development with ongoing employment after the completion of the program
- One additional week of leave allocated each year for the Summer holiday period – perfect for those end of year getaways
- Monthly Day Off and flexible working arrangements – utilise an extra day off to recharge or plan that day trip to explore the Riverina Murray area
- Professional development allowance for each year of service
- Work as part of a large and passionate multidisciplinary team – daily peer to peer learning opportunities
- Clinical supervision and support – our graduate program started in 2018, we know how to foster your professional growth
- Positive workplace culture – it's not just birthday cake and team outings (although we do those), you'll feel a real sense of belonging at KTP
- Competitive base starting salary ($78k) & graduate incentive payments at 6, 12 & 24 months of service (totalling $4k – $6.5kdepending on location) - your efforts will be appreciated and rewarded
- Staff wellbeing program and initiatives – including Employee Assistance Program to help support you to manage work-related and personal challenges
Paid parental leave, relocation assistance, yearly uniform allowance and more Is something missing from this list that's important to you? We would love to hear about it.
