The Role: As a Heating & Cooling Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the comfort of our clients' homes and businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing installations and changeovers for ducted heating systems
  • Installing split system air conditioners and ducted air conditioners
  • Setting up console heaters with precision and care
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure that every job meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

What You'll Need to Succeed: To thrive in this position, you should possess:

  • A solid background in heating and cooling installations, with hands-on experience in one or more of the specified systems
  • A strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering a positive experience for our clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with customers and team members
  • A valid driver's license to navigate your way to various job sites
  • A thorough understanding of current health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment
