What's on offer?

As a Lifestyle Design Consultant, you will be part of our Showroom team that enhances our customer experience with a personalised design service.

You will use your specialist design knowledge and provide a range of selections including decorative lighting, power, data, security, heating & cooling, and lighting to design bespoke Electrical plans.

The position is predominantly located at our Head Office in Docklands, however, there may be travel to our Showroom in Geelong and other Victorian locations. We operate on a hybrid work from home and our office model. This is a full-time opportunity with a rotating roster (and some Mondays off) to ensure we're supporting our customers at weekends.

Responsibilities include:

  • Consulting with customers to understand their design requirements and budget
  • Plan, review and present Electrical design and heating and cooling solutions
  • Coordinate product catalogues and planning documents
  • Partnership with suppliers to understand design trends
  • Providing an outstanding customer experience

What can you bring?

  • Previous experience in Electrical Consulting or similar interior design specialisation
  • Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious and self-educator interested in industry and trends
  • Ability to deliver high level exceptional customer service
