Grill’d is turning up the heat in South Geelong with a brand-new Drive Thru restaurant – and we want YOU to help bring the vibes, the speed, and the epic service.

We’re looking for Drive Thru legends who thrive in fast-paced environments, love working as a team, and know how to keep things moving while keeping it fresh.

Essential: Previous experience in QSR, hospitality, or fast-paced customer service.

Desirable: Prior Drive Thru experience – if you’ve worked the headset, smashed speed targets, and stayed cool under pressure, you’ll fit right in

What You’ll Be Doing

- Keeping the Drive Thru lane firing with energy, speed, and great service
- Working across multiple stations – dress bench, grill, chips, and till
- Prepping fresh ingredients and delivering delicious, high-quality food
- Owning your station and helping the team smash every shift
- Keeping things clean, safe, and smooth

What We’re Looking For

- Previous QSR, hospitality experience is essential
- Previous Drive Thru experience is desirable
- You bring the energy, pace, and confidence to handle the rush
- You’re a team player who communicates clearly and gets things done
- You care about the customer experience – every time
