Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management or sales support roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and meticulousness in analyzing contracts and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation. Highly responsive and proactive in issue identification, communication, and managing expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is strongly desired.
Education:
- Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end contracting process for renewals and new business, serving as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution.
- Partner with sales teams during pipeline review sessions to provide guidance, address contractual risks, and optimize the commercial approach.
- Analyze account data, license parameters, and terms to develop proposals for pricing, cross-selling opportunities, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate and consistent client data in CRM and internal systems, ensuring transaction details, pricing, and allocations are documented and error-free.
- Complete primary review of and validate all executed contracts, confirming compliance with internal policies and best practices. Ensure all information required for order submission is documented and accurate.
- Coordinate with internal teams like Legal, Finance, and Billing to address complex contracts and resolve issues while promptly responding to inquiries from clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and timely resolutions.
