Westcare Early Learning Centre is a family-owned and operated early childhood education provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. About the Role

As an Educator at Westcare ELC, you will:

• Deliver an engaging Montessori curriculum tailored to children's individual developmental needs

• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive learning environment

• Foster independence and curiosity in every child

• Observe, document, and assess children's progress

• Collaborate with a passionate and professional team

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Montessori experience is highly regarded, but not essential

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Up to date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates

• Completion of 'Child Safe Environments – Through Their Eyes' training

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
