We're seeking an experienced educator (Certificate III or Diploma qualified) who is ready to contribute to something bigger than themselves. We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Has solid experience in early education (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Embeds relationships and reflection into everyday practice
  • Works well in a team and brings warmth, initiative, and professionalism
  • Aligns with a child-led, inquiry-based, and nature-connected approach
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully with families and colleagues
