Shaw Street Children's Centre is a unique 28 place family grouped service for children 6 weeks to 5 years. We are community based not for profit centre. Our management committee highly values our educators, and support personal & professional learning. Our hours of operation are 8am-5.30pm.

Above award conditions apply.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time/Part-time ECT, Diploma, Cert 111 and a Trainee Educator to join our team.

If you are a responsible, hardworking, motivated, enthusiastic person and have a passion for Early Childhood Education. This is the position for you

For the right applicant commencement date can be flexible.

Essential:      Bachelor Of Education in Early Childhood (or Studying)

Diploma in Early Education & Care  (or Studying)

Cert 111 in Early Education & Care

Demonstrated experience working in early education &

care services

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with

colleagues, children, families, and  other professionals

to develop programs that reflect current interests,

strengths and needs.

Ability to work as part of a team

Excellent verbal & written communications skills

including children's documentation

Current HLTAID004 First Aid Certificate

Valid NSW working with children check

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
