Finance Manager

About the Role:

The key to success in this role is being a strong business partner. You'll bring financial insights to life for operational teams and executives, translating complex data into meaningful, actionable information.

As Finance Manager, you'll:

  • Oversee the day-to-day finance functions for the group
  • Lead a small, capable finance team
  • Deliver management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reports
  • Partner closely with leaders across the organisation to support decision-making and drive financial performance

This is a hands-on role within a collaborative environment where your work will directly contribute to strengthening the organisation's impact in the community.

About You:

You'll be a confident communicator and trusted advisor who enjoys working with non-financial stakeholders and helping them understand the numbers. You'll bring:

  • Proven business partnering experience
  • Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
  • Experience working in the not-for-profit sector (NDIS and acquittal reporting experience highly regarded)
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • A genuine commitment to community-focused work
