About the Role
We are seeking an HDR Admissions and Scholarships Officer to support the processing of Higher Degree by Research (HDR) admissions and scholarship applications. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all applications and stipend disbursements are processed efficiently and in accordance with established service levels and quality standards. You will provide expert support to the HDR Admissions and Scholarships Specialists and report directly to the Team Leader, HDR Admissions and Scholarships.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Organisational skills, including strong attention to detail, the ability to follow-through on tasks and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in applying policies and procedures to ensure compliance with University requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work cooperatively within a team

Qualifications
Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience; or experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in administrative fields; or a combination of relevant experience and education or training
