Belgravia Apparel (AUS) Pty Ltd, a leading provider of high-quality uniforms in the airline industry, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service/Warehouse Representative to join our dynamic team based at Brisbane Airport. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our uniform distribution and customer service functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our airline clients, handling email & phone inquiries, Crew Uniform Fittings, processing orders, and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and stock replenishment
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of uniforms
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service and warehouse processes
  • Collaborate with the wider team to support the overall objectives of the business

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or warehousing role, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for order processing, inventory management, and reporting
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
