In return, as a customer service representative, you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of customer enquiries. Your role is to listen to our customers, provide empathetic support, and then a clear solution, while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal business rules.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound calls, email, and web submissions
  • Providing accurate information and solutions
  • Navigating multiple systems with efficiency
  • Identifying customer and process improvements
  • Using initiative and problem-solving to meet customer needs
