Founded in 2014, Samsung SDS Global SCL Australia (SDSAU) is headquartered in Bankstown Aerodrome, NSW. SDSAU is committed to delivering high-quality, sophisticated logistics services by leveraging the capabilities of the Cello system to streamline information sharing and system integration.
About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Officer to join our logistics billing team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and timely.
· Reconcile billing statements and resolve discrepancies.
· Assist in maintaining customer accounts and records.
· Support month-end billing and reporting processes.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information.
· Respond to customer billing queries professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Strong numerical and analytical skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
