Depending on customers' needs, they offer various solution combinations to ensure a seamless information exchange among solutions and connections within systems.
They are currently seeking a self-motivated Billing Officer to join the team in Bankstown. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term position. The successful applicants will be responsible for efficient, high-quality billing support and the day-to-day maintenance of processes and procedures, including, but not limited to, billing and payments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Compile, analyze and record bills,
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Perform AR/AP duties
- Issue monthly statements
- Keep client’s files updated with current invoices, bills and all other relevant information
- Provide analysis on cost propriety and assist Finance Manager with reports on findings
**Requirements**:
- High Attention to detail and accuracy in high volume data entry
- Responding enquires timely
- Generate system pricing and report irregular case to billing superiors
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft excel
- Assist with adhoc reporting
- Cooperate with operation team for adhoc activities and cost
- Quotation management
- Project master files update
- Logistics /Accounting/Finance Background is a plus but not mandatory
