This is a great opportunity to work closely with another onsite Clinical Manager to collaborate, lead the clinical and care team to ensure optimal care and services, helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Services Kew.
You will be a clinically focused, experienced aged care professional, who can engage with your team to coach and mentor, drive continuous improvement, whilst working closely with our experienced Facility Manager to deliver excellence in clinical and person-centred care.

An excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process;
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Clinical Manager in an aged care facility;
Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain collaborative relationships;
Sound computer skills and the ability to work across different systems and processes;
Ability to foster a safe workplace and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
