About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. As Junior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized projects, coordinating with both internal teams and clients from conception through to completion.

This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys variety in their work and working as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
  • Coordinate necessary permits, licences, and council approvals.
  • Liaise with Business Development, Estimating, Design, and Production teams.
  • Conduct cost analyses to monitor budgets and identify any potential overruns.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle, including site installation phases.
  • Manage subcontractors and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years' project coordination experience and/or qualifications in Project Management.
  • Experience in signage, construction or manufacturing industries (advantageous but not essential).
  • Proficiency with database management, Microsoft Excel, Word, or Google Workspace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Confident working independently and making informed decisions.
  • Understanding of purchasing processes (desirable).
  • Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player with a commitment to ethical work practices.
