The Venue:

The Glenmore in The Rocks has been an Aussie icon since 1921, boasting one of the best rooftop bars in the city with stellar views of Sydney Harbour. Just as popular as the sun-drenched rooftop is the delicious pub fare – the classics you know and love, done well. The Glenmore is where you feel cosy and comfortable, yet still, get the excitement of a night out on the town.

Our food menu takes on classic local favourites with a healthy dose of creative seasonal dishes.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a passion for excellent quality food, produce and service
  • Be reliable, punctual, and hard working
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be able to maintain kitchen procedures and WHS standards
  • Have sound knowledge of food, health & safety procedures
  • Available to work a mix of nights & weekends
  • Have Australian working rights
