Casual Pizza Chef
A Woodfired Pizza Oven is the latest addition to the newly opened Etti's Bar at Balgowlah RSL and we are looking to recruit a casual Pizza chef.
We are looking for someone who has proven experience in a similar role, has strong communications skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include the following:-
Assisting with the operation of the kitchen and preparation of pizzas.Prepare and cook pizzas using recipes, ensuring quality, consistency, and proper cooking techniques.Make fresh prep ingredients daily.Maintain clenliness and food safety standards in all work areas and equipment.Maintaining stock at correct levelsMinimising wastage at both preparation and service stagesLiaising with Executive Chef/Sous Chef and other staff ie; kitchen-hands, waiting staffAny other duties as directed by the ManagementAdherence to the Club's Work, Health and Safety policies and proceduresKeep uniforms clean and tidy, ensuring that a clean uniform is worn on each shiftRenumeration based on experience
