ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for Casual Chefs who bring passion, creativity, and energy to the kitchen. Whether it's on the pans, grill, fryer, or even pizza – if you thrive in a buzzing, high-volume environment, you'll fit right in.

With four kitchens under one roof – bistro, restaurant, café, and functions – you'll have the chance to flex your skills across different cuisines and settings. And the best bit? Our kitchens are fresh, modern, and kitted out with brand-new gear.

ABOUT YOU

  • Relevant qualifications OR solid hands-on kitchen experience
  • Experience working in a high volume fast-paced kitchen across all areas (Larder, pans, grill, fryer.  Pizza and breakfast experience is advantageous)
  • Calm under pressure, positive in attitude, and reliable on shift
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & public holidays – because that's when the action happens
