Project Manager – Crisis & Risk Software Implementation
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead the delivery of a critical crisis management system and uplift the OMNIA Risk & Compliance Management platform. This is a
technical, hands-on role
driving a high-impact implementation project for one of Australia's leading energy organisations.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- Salary: Up to $160,000 Package (including superannuation)
- Location: Hybrid – Melbourne preferred
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a third-party crisis management system
- Oversee key enhancements to the OMNIA Risk & Compliance platform
THE ROLE:
As the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of planning, execution, and delivery of two key initiatives – a vendor-led crisis management software rollout and the uplift of the OMNIA platform. You will collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless implementation and integration with minimal configuration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of an off-the-shelf crisis management solution hosted externally.
- Manage vendor-led implementation, training, and post-tender activities.
- Oversee enhancements to the existing OMNIA Risk & Compliance Management platform.
- Align system improvements with organisational risk and compliance objectives.
- Provide project governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in technical software implementation.
- Previous experience with Omnia Risk and Compliance platform highly regarded.
- Experience delivering vendor-led SaaS solutions and system enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, and crisis management systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to deliver in a complex, fast-paced environment.
