We are looking for an experienced
D365 F&O Test Manager
to lead the full testing lifecycle across a major Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation. This is a high-impact role responsible for defining test strategies, managing test cycles, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the solution is stable, high quality, and ready for go-live.

If you are a structured, detail-oriented testing professional with strong ERP experience, this role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal part in a large digital transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all testing phases across the D365 F&O program:
    SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, Performance, and Cutover Validation
    .
  • Define the overall
    Test Strategy
    , Test Plan, and Quality Framework for the project.
  • Establish testing processes, standards, templates, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and coordinate
    testers across business units
    (Finance, Procurement, SCM, Warehouse, Projects, etc.).
  • Oversee defect triage, prioritisation, tracking, resolution, and retesting cycles.
  • Coordinate closely with
    functional consultants, technical developers, data migration teams, and business SMEs
    .
  • Ensure all integrations, customisations, reports, workflows, and data migration outputs are thoroughly validated.
  • Provide regular reporting on test progress, risks, and readiness to project leadership.
  • Support mock cutover and go-live readiness by validating critical business processes end-to-end.
  • Drive quality assurance standards and ensure the solution meets business and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years
    of testing experience within ERP programs (D365 F&O preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of D365 modules across Finance and/or Supply Chain.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale testing cycles across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience creating
    test plans, scripts, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end scenarios
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    integration testing and data validation
    .
  • Skilled in using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for test execution, tracking, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and issue management skills.

Nice to Have

  • D365 Finance & Operations certification or prior experience in D365-specific implementations.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Exposure to WMS, Procurement, Manufacturing, or multi-entity setups.
  • Experience supporting ERP go-lives and hypercare phases.
