About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Specialist to play an exciting end user training role in a major finance transformation project.  

This role will be instrumental during the go-live phase, ensuring successful user training, user adoption,and help withprocess alignmentOver time this role will may eventually transition into a D365 F&O PRODUCT OWNER position

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert System Knowledge: Act as a subject matter expert on D365 F&O, leveraging its full range of features and capabilities.
  • End-User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions, work closely with accounting end users empowering staff to use D365 F&O effectively.
  • Drive User Adoption: Promote confidence and uptake of the system by end users across finance functions.
  • System & Process Challenge: Critically evaluate current workflows and suggest improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Testing & Validation: Assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing)phase ensuring systems and processes meet business requirements.
  • Support the Go-Live Phase: Provide hands-on assistance during the critical implementation stage.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), particularly in finance modules.
  • Excellent ability to train and mentor end-users.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge systems and processes constructively.
  • Understanding of finance processes and their alignment with ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting system implementations and go-lives and/or UAT testing phases preferred
  • Only Sydney based candidates considered

Desirable

Exposure to training, change management and user adoption strategies.

Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or finance systems ideal
