About the Role

As a part of the D365 Finance & Operations Team, the Project Manager will lead multiple implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. They will guide clients through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to enhance financial processes, optimise operations, and achieve growth.

What You'll Do

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead functional workshops to gather business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into D365 F&O configurations and customizations.
  • Oversee functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between development partners, internal teams, and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing their expectations.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues along with developing mitigation and contingency plans.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, and risk management.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience working with C-level executives and managing stakeholders effectively,
  • You should have the ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience in waterfall methodology or other project management methods (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, etc.),
  • Experience in vendor-side consulting and full lifecycle management of Microsoft AX / F&O projects.
  • Advanced skills in MS Project and Microsoft Office suite, and a background in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations consulting are a plus
  • Good understanding of essential Project Management competencies, including scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communication, and risk.
  • Project Management qualifications or an understanding of project management frameworks and methodology
