Casual Relief Concierge – Weekday Availability Preferred

Sydney Building Management & Projects (Sydney BMP) is looking for professional and reliable Casual Relief Concierges to provide coverage across our portfolio of residential buildings.

Locations: Various sites across Sydney

Availability: Monday to Friday

Wages: In line with the Miscellaneous Award

About the Role

As a Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the building, ensuring residents and guests receive a professional and seamless experience. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, as you will be assisting with front desk operations, security, and resident services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
  • Assist the Building Management team by supervising contractors, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
  • Conduct regular patrols to maintain security, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Manage key distribution, visitor check-ins, parking, parcel deliveries, and other front desk operations.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and ensure inquiries are handled efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in hotel front office, residential concierge, or a similar high-customer-service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Polished, professional presentation.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and availability during weekdays, particularly Wednesday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Full work rights in Australia.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • White Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
