We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading IT services provider who specialise in delivering secure, scalable, and innovative solutions to enterprise clients. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as the key liaison for their mining customers.

This is a unique opportunity to blend relationship management with technical expertise, ensuring the client extracts maximum value from their services while building long-term strategic trust.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for major mining customers. You'll be responsible for strengthening the relationship, ensuring service excellence, and acting as a trusted partner to both commercial and technical stakeholders.

Your role will combine customer advocacy, proactive service management, and technical insight. You'll be expected to engage closely with the customer's internal IT team (networks & servers infrastructure), ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic liaison between mining customers and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key business and IT stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage the account, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Understand the customer's business objectives and translate them into actionable outcomes.
  • Support technical conversations, particularly across networking and server infrastructure, to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, support, and product teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide regular updates on new features, best practices, and industry insights.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and growth within the account.

About You

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success Manager, or similar client-facing role in an MSP, telco, or cloud services provider.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently engage executives and technical teams alike.
  • Technical background with solid knowledge of networks, servers, and infrastructure services.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts (mining/resources sector exposure a bonus).
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with a track record of ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Industry certifications are advantageous.
