Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Rays Wellness Pty Ltd Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Patient Care & Support SpecialistSouth Melbourne | Full-time

About RAYSRAYS Wellness is a multi-award-winning natural therapies dispensary redefining what alternative healthcare can be like. We're on a mission to raise the standard of healthcare - elevating access and patient experiences nationwide. As demand - and this movement - continues to grow, so do we. And we're just getting started. This isn't just a job ad - it's your invitation to be part of something different.

We're expanding across Queensland and Victoria, with new roles now open in our dispensary and patient care teams.

With purpose-designed dispensaries in Brisbane and South Melbourne, and a custom-built digital platform, we offer safe, supported access to natural therapies for patients across Australia. Our team is committed to raising the standard of patient experience - and creating space for something more thoughtful, more human, and more hopeful.

Following our second consecutive win as Dispensary/Pharmacy of the Year at the AUS/NZ 2025 Cannabiz Awards, we're continuing to grow - and we're looking for a calm, compassionate communicator to join us on the journey at our South Melbourne location.

About the RoleThis is an on-site, phone-based, patient-facing role that plays a pivotal part in setting the tone for each patient's experience with RAYS. As a key member of our Patient Care team, you'll be the first voice patients hear - and the person they trust to guide them through next steps.

You'll help make their journey feel clear, kind, and safe - supporting them with updates, information, and timely answers, while working behind the scenes with pharmacists and dispensary teams to keep everything moving smoothly.

What you'll do:

  • Support patients via phone, email, and chat with care and clarity
  • Respond to order and prescription queries in a timely, accurate manner
  • Guide patients through the RAYS digital platform and tools
  • Troubleshoot issues related to delivery, payment, or orders
  • Escalate clinical queries appropriately to pharmacists or team leads
  • Maintain accurate patient records and internal logs
  • Collaborate across dispensary, inventory, and fulfilment teams
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and shared knowledge

About YouYou're a thoughtful, clear communicator who brings a steady hand to a fast-moving environment. You care deeply about people and do your best work when others are depending on you. Whether it's solving a problem or walking someone through a process, you bring empathy, accuracy, and focus.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or customer support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational habits
  • A calm, kind approach to support and problem-solving
  • Confidence working with digital tools and systems
  • An interest in medicinal cannabis or emerging therapeutics
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
  • A collaborative spirit and a willingness to grow alongside us
  • Availability to work Saturdays (preferred)

What We OfferWe're not just building a pharmacy - we're building a community of people who care about redefining health from the ground up. At RAYS, you'll be part of a future-focused team doing meaningful work in a space that's shifting fast.

  • A warm, welcoming workplace at our award winning South Melbourne dispensary
  • Training in medicinal cannabis, compliance, and e-commerce tools
  • A culture that values contribution and collaboration
  • Regular team activities to stay connected - from trivia nights and team lunches to social sports and seasonal events, we prioritise community as much as we do care
  • Professional development opportunities, including industry workshops and events
  • Competitive salary with room to grow

If this sounds like your kind of role, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now and let's build something meaningful together.
