We offer staff to various healthcare facilities and prioritize collaboration, partnership, and brokerage of services in aged care, disability, mental health, and for carers. Key responsibilities:

  • Experience in managing challenging clients and difficult environment. Provide personal care, assistance with support to disable individuals.
  • Help clients to achieve their personal goals and independence and Community Access.
  • Assist in social, recreational, and community participation activities.
  • Manage challenging behaviours and provide support.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Qualification:

  • Diver licensee with access to a car is a must.
  • Australian work rights
  • National Police Clearance Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS verification check or willing to get one
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as support worker
