Are you an experienced EA/PA, administrator or bookkeeper with a solid background in the building industry? We're looking for someone detail-oriented, hands-on, efficient – someone who gets things done and can run the back-end of a building business like a well-oiled machine. This isn't your average admin role – it's for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes the lead, and can manage everything from purchase orders to scheduling and quoting with confidence.


Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level EA/PA support to the Project Manager/Supervisor Strong administration and bookkeeping skills with attention to detail

  • Manage and streamline purchase orders, job scheduling, and quoting processes Assist in developing and implementing systems and procedures Handle council applications and liaise with stakeholders for compliance Engage with clients for feedback and follow-ups Manage accounts payable/receivable, debtors and creditor reconciliation Use tools like Xero and Excel for financial records and job tracking

What You Bring: Proven experience in admin or EA/PA roles within building industry Strong organisational skills and ability to take ownership Knowledge of purchase orders, quoting, scheduling, and financial workflows Ability to improve systems and boost operational efficiency Good working knowledge of Xero and Excel Confident communicator with councils, trades, clients, and suppliers
