THIS ROLE/LOCATION

We are seeking enthusiastic baristas & all-rounders who are passionate about coffee, food and providing exceptional guest experiences. Multiple roles available across our Melbourne Airport venues, which include Hudsons Cafe, AFL Kitchen and Bar, Gusto Pasta Bar and Schnitz. Whether you are a seasoned barista, an experienced cook, or have a background in quick service restaurants we may have the perfect opportunity for you Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing, cooking and serving food, making coffees and maintaining a clean welcoming environment.

Shifts are offered on a 7-day rotating roster, including early morning starts.

• Full Time & Casual roles
• Variety of positions (QSR all-rounders | Bar F&B Attendants | Baristas & Customer Service)
• Training across multiple sites
• Must be available to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings and overnight

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include (but not limitCooksed to)

• Serve our valued guests with enthusiasm
• Making barista quality coffee
• Take orders, cook, prepare and serve food
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Following ELRA policies, guidelines, procedures & Health and Safety standards

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2-years barista experience (for barista roles)
• Experience in QSR, or a fast paced food service environment
• RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain) required as all venues are licensed
• A passion for great guest service and a team player
• A keen focus on ensuring quality every time
• Ability to work on 7 days rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and early morning start
