What you'll do

  • Provide personal care, assistance with daily living, and household tasks
  • Offer companionship and social engagement
  • Support clients to access community, cultural, and recreational activities
  • Encourage independence and dignity for aged care and NDIS clients
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with care teams

What we're looking for

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in aged care and/or disability services
  • Multilingual skills are highly regarded (Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Khmer, Korean, Hindi, Dari, Farsi and others)
  • Warm, empathetic, and professional approach to client care
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
