Buckland Aged Care Services is seeking a passionate and reliable Support Worker to join our dedicated Home Care team. This role support clients living in Buckland's Retirement Village and the Lower Blue Mountains community, helping them maintain independence in their own homes.

We are seeking a Permanent Part-Time Support Worker for 8 contracted hours per fortnight, must be available on Wednesdays and other weekdays as needed, with morning availability and the potential for additional weekday shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing social and personal care to clients
  • Assisting with domestic tasks and meal prep
  • Transporting clients to appointments, shopping or community events
  • Delivering care that is respectful, client-focused and promotes independence

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent - Essential
  • Experience in aged care or home care – Desirable
  • Valid driver's licence, reliable car and comprehensive insurance
  • Strong time management, initiative and a genuine interest in caring for others
  • Ability to take direction and work proactively in a team
