Why This Role Matters

This role is a launchpad for emerging talent in technology project coordination and operations. You'll work closely with the CTO and Technology leadership to drive execution across high-impact initiatives. You'll help coordinate programs, track delivery, unblock dependencies, and ensure the team is aligned and moving fast. It's a hands-on role with exposure to engineering, product, data, and devices—and a chance to grow into a strategic operator.

Key AccountabilitiesProgram & Project Coordination
  • Track progress across engineering, product, data, and devices workstreams.
  • Maintain delivery timelines, RAID logs, and milestone tracking in Jira.
  • Drive weekly status updates and ensure visibility across the roadmap.
  • Escalate blockers and follow up on actions to ensure accountability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications between tech, product, marketing, and business teams.
Technology Operations Support
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes (access, equipment, induction).
  • Support tooling administration (e.g., Jira, Confluence, access requests).
  • Help manage vendor relationships, renewals, NDAs, and SOWs in partnership with Finance and Legal.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance records for tech operations.
Hiring & People Coordination
  • Coordinate interview loops and onboarding plans for new tech hires.
  • Ensure role charters, access, and induction schedules are in place pre-start.
Strategic Execution & Reporting
  • Prepare dashboards and updates for internal forums (progress vs. plan, risks, budget signals).
  • Support post-incident reviews and change/release documentation standards.
  • Help run workshops, planning sessions, and team events.
CTO Office Operations and Executive Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CTO including calendar management, meeting coordination, prioritisation, briefings, budget support, and meeting hygiene (agendas, materials, notes, and action tracking).
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making and communication updates (Board/SteerCo/ExCo).
Governance, Risk and Compliance
  • Assist with audit and compliance activities (e.g., ISO-aligned processes), policy/document control, and evidence collection.

Requirements

About you
  • Early-career professional with strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Must have admin experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Interest in technology, operations, and strategic execution.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • Clear visibility of tech initiatives and delivery status.
  • Smooth onboarding for new hires and predictable interview scheduling.
  • No missed renewals or delivery dates; blockers escalated early.
  • Weekly status updates and RAID logs in place.
  • Crisp reporting packs for internal forums with clear actions and decisions.
