Job Overview
">The ICT Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating quality-accredited ICT and cyber security projects.
">This includes overseeing all phases of project lifecycles, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently, and that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality results.
">The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
">Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage ICT project plans, schedules, budgets, scopes, and resource allocations to achieve project objectives.">
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.">
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality results.">
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.">
- Formulate and direct information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies, and plans to align with organizational goals.">
- Direct the selection and installation of ICT resources and provide user training to ensure effective utilization.">
- Direct ICT operations and set priorities between system developments, maintenance, and operations to optimize performance.">
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.">
- Define project objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility to ensure successful project delivery.">
- Monitor and control project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.">
- Implement quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and cyber security standards to protect organizational assets.">
- Manage and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and performance excellence to drive project success.">
Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.">
- 5+ years of professional experience in ICT project management.">
- Proven experience in delivering complex ICT or cyber security projects.">
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).">
- Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, application development, and/or cyber security frameworks.">
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.">
Desirable Certifications
">- ">
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, or equivalent.">
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar (for cyber security specialisation).">
- ITIL certification for service delivery alignment.">
