Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage ICT project plans, schedules, budgets, scopes, and resource allocations to achieve project objectives.">
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.">
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality results.">
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.">
  • Formulate and direct information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies, and plans to align with organizational goals.">
  • Direct the selection and installation of ICT resources and provide user training to ensure effective utilization.">
  • Direct ICT operations and set priorities between system developments, maintenance, and operations to optimize performance.">
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.">
  • Define project objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility to ensure successful project delivery.">
  • Monitor and control project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.">
  • Implement quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and cyber security standards to protect organizational assets.">
  • Manage and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and performance excellence to drive project success.">

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.">
  • 5+ years of professional experience in ICT project management.">
  • Proven experience in delivering complex ICT or cyber security projects.">
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).">
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, application development, and/or cyber security frameworks.">
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.">

Desirable Certifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, or equivalent.">
