Customer Service Staff needed

Made in Italy Annandale is a family owned Italian Style restaurant in Inner West Sydney.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, friendly customer service staff to join our team.

What's the job?

You will be providing a warm and friendly customer focused service.

You will be answering the phone and taking orders at the front counter.

You will be checking and preparing orders for handover.

You will be problem solving and be great at communicating, a Team Player.

You will be handling money and balancing the till at the end of the day

You will be assisting with basic food preparation and general cleaning duties

What you need:

Fluent in English as to communicate effectively with your colleagues and customers

Be reliable and be punctual.

Experience and Passion for excellence in customer service

Be able to work Evenings, hours of operation are always 4:00pm to 9:30pm.

Hold a valid RSA certificate for NSW is Desirable

Understanding of Safe Food Handling Practices
