The Annandale Hotel is a small, food-focused venue - we’re _not_ your average pub. Our style of service is closer to a restaurant, and we always go the extra mile for our guests.

We’re looking for a hands-on **FOH superstar** who can lead by example, keep the team motivated during quieter times, and ensure busy shifts run like clockwork. You’ll be comfortable jumping on the floor or behind the bar, and you’ll have the confidence to take charge when it counts.

We are not a self service pub We are looking for staff willing to go the extra mile

**The Role**
- 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends (full-time hours)
- Setting up and closing the venue
- Balancing tills and handling cash
- Monitoring and supporting staff during service
- Maintaining high service standards at all times

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong attention to detail and a “get it done” attitude
- Previous hospitality management or supervisor experience
- Ability to lead a team in both busy and quiet periods
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
