About the role

This is a new role to meet growth in our Real Estate Practice.

Working closely with our Lawyers and Paralegals this role requires you to:

· run residential conveyancing files from beginning to end;

· draft all documents related to a residential conveyancing;

· maintain our electronic records;

· manage your own files with an appropriate level of autonomy;

· oversee and manage the day-to-day tasks related to your matters; and

· continue to refine our automated process by maintaining and updating our workflow and precedents.

About you

· experience in a similar, high volume, role;

· familiarity with PEXA and DoL;

· confident with O365 applications;

· excellent communication skills across all levels and a strong client service focus;

· experience with a Unity platform is favourable;

· experience with iManage is beneficial; and

· willing to be actively involved in business development activities and initiatives.
