Applicant Requirements:

  • A current Driver's Licence & car

  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

  • Property Management or Real Estate experience would be great, however a background in administration or customer service are also excellent grounding for a Property Management role.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Renters and Rental Providers regarding the management of their property
  • Process lease applications
  • Perform routine inspections
  • Conduct Open for Inspections of Rental Homes
  • Arrange quotes, repairs and maintenance of Rental Properties
  • General Administration
  • Liaise with our Business Development and Sales teams
