Assignment Description

  • Coordinate the mobilisation of field teams, subcontractors, and equipment to project sites
  • Booking medicals, drug and alcohols, training and inductions
  • Book and manage travel, accommodation, and site access as required
  • Coordinating rosters and booking flights with client and forwarding flight bookings to staff
  • Troubleshoot any last-minute changes or issues related to travel, documentation, or on boarding
  • Engaging with clients, vendors and our internal team · Keeping trackers, records and compliance up to date to meet with client needs
  • Liaise with project managers, supervisors and site teams to allocate resources accordingly
  • Update and maintain master roster
  • Act as the central point of contact for mobilisation related queries
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.
  • Worked collaboratively with the scheduler to keep project schedules current and accurate.

Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience using various on boarding systems is advantageous (Smart sheets, Pegasus, ERMS, Workflow)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill set ·
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and maintain clear communication with all stakeholder
