About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll work with pre-qualified inbound leads, guiding new customers through the loan application process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage new leads via phone & email, to assist & complete customers application
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying and lending journey
  • Nurture and follow up both new and existing customers to progress deals
  • Prepare applications and supporting documents with accuracy and detail
  • Prioritise conversion of new leads into completed applications for senior brokers
  • Meet monthly KPI's and sales targets

You thrive in a sales environment, communicate confidently, and enjoy helping people. Whether you're an experienced salesperson, customer service rep, or looking for a start in sales, we want to hear from you.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (essential)
  • Experience in finance or automotive lending (advantage but not required)
  • Proven sales and pipeline management experience
  • Target-driven, financially motivated, and career-focused
  • Fast learner who can multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine, reliable, down-to-earth personality
